Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean and well-maintained rooms, which were spacious and great after the remodel. The service was a mix of helpfulness with attention to details. The location, while excellent for most needs, suffered from noise from traffic and neighboring rooms. The dining experience was basic but with a sweet touch, offering vending-machine-style pastries and just coffee.
The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways, offering clean and well-maintained rooms along with superior amenities like a full breakfast in a sit-down restaurant, a full gym, pool, and a beautifully clean room. However, there were some drawbacks like the lingering smell of smoke, urine, and Lysol, the lack of AC in the living room area, and a noisy ceiling fan.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite nice for the amount of money charged, although they lacked info on the Wi-Fi password, a 'do not disturb' sign, and a pen. The location was very pretty and well-kept but was hampered by being over a commercially traveled road, ongoing construction along the side, and a train line across the road. The service was accommodating and friendly, except for a few staff members who were not very friendly at all. The dining options were limited to just coffee and vending-machine-style pastries. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, catering to basic needs but lacking in some essential details.
